The bed is lower part of press frame and it serves as table to which a bolster plate is mounted
2. Bolster plate
It is thick plate,secured to the press bed. Which is used for locating and supporting the die assembly. It is used for 100 mm thickness. Bolster plate cannot move due to fixed on the position of the bed.
3. Die
It is the Principle component of a press tool work, which is always used in joint of punch. It is female component.It is made of Hardened steel.The consists of mating members for producing press in work in pair position.

7. Knockout
Knockout is a mechanism which operating press on the upstroke and its ejects the workpiece from
the press tool.
8. Cushion
It's position in the lower part of bolster plate. Its moving direction is upward.
9. Die block
The die block is press accessory and contains die cavity.

10. Upper Shoe
It is part of die set and its position upper position on the die set. It contains post guide bushings.
11. Lower Shoe
